1. Idea, Concept

The spirit of our person-to-person communications is evident when our development staff, all of them creation enthusiasts, meet any client, whether global enterprises or independent individuals, to line up support for the development of plastic products.

2. Material, Design
UNIMEX is credited with a number of new plastics molding techniques that include precision molding, insert molding and dual-color molding.
There are a wide variety of resins and other plastic materials like common plastics (including ABS, PP, PC and nylon), engineering plastics (including PPS, PBT, LCP and phenol), elastomer, rubber, ceramics and metals. We will offer an optimum proposal for the selection of these materials, along with designing and production methods, that will exactly meet the needs, cost and delivery time for each client.

3. Modeling, Mold Production
We are ready to turn any idea or rough sketch of clients into realistic designs for merchandising and to produce metal molds as well. If a workable design or two- to three-dimensional data is available, it will be of great help in accelerating the production of prototype models (for cutting and optical molding) and metal molds (for injection, extruding and vacuum molding).

4. Machining, Production
In order to finish and deliver products all by ourelves, our production line ranges from such molding as injection, extruding, vacuum and low-pressure molding to a variety of other processes that include press punching of plates and sheets and fusion binding of vinyl.
The line also extends to such secondary processes as silk, pad and hot stamp printing, ultrasonic fusion binding, assembly and packaging.
